Please confirm all costs at the time of sign up as cost may change. We dispense all medications directly from the clinic so there is no need to go to a pharmacy.

Initial Appointment:

$179 for initial, comprehensive setup.

Monthly Billing:

$350 per month billed at the beginning of every calendar month. This includes any necessary prescription medications and lipotropic injections.

Additional Charges:

May apply for Optional B6 or B12 injections, pharmacy-grade multivitamins, chromium, or nutritional supplements.

Methods of Payment:

We do not currently accept insurance cards for payment of our services. We do require payment up front for our services with credit card only. If any patient would like to file a claim with their insurance company, we would be happy to provide documentation of their visit and services provided but we do not work directly with any of the insurance companies at this time.
